訂餐後即時透過信用卡付款,當系統確認訂單後就會進行轉賬。

Once order is accepted by our system. You will divert to online credit card payment gateway to settle the payment.

1. 選擇取貨餐廳
2. 按「開始點餐」選擇你需要購買的食物加進購物車
3. 選擇完成後,按「加到購物車」核對你的訂單及按「結帳」
4. 選擇「登入」或「註冊」
5. 選擇自取時間及根據付款程序付款
6. 系統確認訂單後即時通知餐廳接單
7. 檢查訂單號碼及確認電郵
8. 憑訂單號碼到分店取餐

1. Select restaurant to pickup
2. Click ‘Start Order’ to start addiding food items
3. Click ‘Add to cart’ to review your order and click ‘Check out’ for next step
4. Click ‘Sign-in’ or ‘Sign-up’
5. Select pickup time and follow the payment process
6. Once your order is confirmed, our restaurant will receive order notification and start to prepare the food
7. Check your order number and confirmation email
8. Pick up your order with the order number

系統確認訂單後,您將會收到電郵通知。

When your order is accepted by our system, you will receive email notification.

• 當你下單成功後,訂單狀態會轉為「等待商家接單」
• 餐廳接單後,會將訂單狀態轉為「已接受及製作中」
• 而當訂單狀態轉為「已製作完成」時,代表你已可提取你的外賣
• 此外,你亦可參考下單時「預備自取時間」到餐廳提取你的外賣

• When your order is successfully placed. The order status will change to “Awaiting”
• When our restaurant accepts the order, the order status will change to “Accept to cooking”
• You may pickup your order when the status changes to “Order has been completed”
• Besides, you may also check the “estimated pickup time” as a reference

請與餐廳核對電話號碼及訂單號碼。

Please provide your phone number and order number upon pick up.

可以。但由於食物品質與取餐時間有直接關係,如無法 (1) 於餐廳營業時間內或預訂取餐時間後30分鐘內(以較早的時間為準);(2) 為保證食物品質;餐廳有權選擇銷毀且不作事先通知、不重新製作食物及不安排退款。

Yes. However, food quality may be affected. If foods are not being picked up  (1) within restaurant operating hour or 30 minutes after order has completed (whichever is earlier); (2) To ensure food safety and product quality. We reserved the right to discard, not to reproduce the food nor refund.

餐廳會因應情況如食材不足、過於繁忙或其他原因而暫停接受訂餐。如因此造成您的不便,我們深感抱歉!

Our restaurant may reject your order due to out of stock, extremely peak hour or other reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

請盡快與餐廳聯絡!視乎不同情況,您將有機會獲安排退款或以其他形式賠償。為免這種情況發生,請務必於離開餐廳前確認您提取的外賣與訂單相符。

Please contact the restaurant immediately.
You may be entitled for a refund or other compensation. Kindly check your order before you leave.

退款將於4星期內完成,款項將會自動返還至閣下的扣賬戶口內,客人亦會收到電郵通知。個別情況可能需要更長時間。

Refund process may takes approximate 4 weeks to complete. Refund will return to customer’s credit card account and also receive the email notification. Individul case may require longer processing time.

Please contact our restaurant immediately.

以下是可能出現的原因:
1. 訂單取消後所使用的優惠會於15分鐘後重置;
2. 是次優惠已經滿額/到期;
3. 訂單並未達至優惠最低消費;
4. 訂單並不符合優惠條件

Please note the below possible reasons:
1. The promo code will be reusable after 15 minutes of order cancellation;
2. The promo code has expired or all distributed;
3. Minimum spending has not reach;
4. The order is not eligible for the offer

中環、旺角、油麻地、元州街、荃灣88及堅尼地城分店暫時未有提供外賣自取服務,我們會盡快安排。

Currently our Order & Pick Up service does not cover the following branches: Central/ Mong kok/ Yau Ma Tei/ Un Chau Street/ Plaza88/ Kennedy Town. We will expand our service area in coming future.

早餐餐牌最後下單時間為早上10時30分,唯依各餐廳實際狀況為準。

Breakfast menu orders cut-off time is 10:30am.
